Biography 

 Tasha’s extensive experience comes from excellent training, education, and the privilege of working with amazing clients over the years.  Tasha practices from an Integrated approach, which highlights that every individual’s experiences, values, and journey are different.  She finds the path to healing is within the client and their ability to recognize their own strengths.  She fosters growth by addressing a client’s treatment needs through collaboration, support, and nonjudgmental evidenced based therapeutic techniques.  Tasha’s clients describe her as genuine, empathetic, and easy to connect with.
