Dr. Angela Webb is a licensed Clinical Forensic Psychologist and the driving force behind McIntyre Psychological Services, Webb Psychological Assessments, and MPS Therapy Group. Serving communities in Missouri, Illinois, Virginia, Florida, and Vermont, she is renowned for her expertise in forensic evaluations, including diagnoses clarification, mental health disability assessments, competency evaluations, criminal responsibility, malingering detection, and violence risk assessment.
Dr. Webb is most widely known for her specialization in sex offender assessment and treatment, with extensive expertise in research, assessment, and treatment for both juveniles and adults. Her work provides critical insights into legal proceedings by evaluating and addressing the dimensions of offenders, victims, the community, and the courts.
Dr. Webb collaborates with law enforcement, attorneys, judges, and prosecutors, offering guidance on sentencing, as well as recommendations for probation, parole, and assessments for release. Additionally, Dr. Webb advises judicial and state partners to enhance mental health services within the county jail, focusing on risk assessment, crisis intervention, and program development.
Committed to education, Dr. Webb mentors aspiring mental health professionals as a clinical supervisor, helping graduate students become skilled and ethical clinicians. She serves as an advisor to Central Methodist University, contributing to the development of programming and clinical supervision for the Master’s of Clinical Counseling Program.
