Leslie Campbell-York

Supervised Therapist

Leslie is one of the most intellectual, driven, and compassionate therapists at MPS.  She goes above and beyond in creating a safe and authentic space for individuals to explore their true selves. With a commitment to transparency and client-centered care, Leslie ensures that clients are fully informed about the therapeutic process, fostering an environment free of pretense.

Specializing in supporting marginalized communities, Leslie works with LGBTQIA+ individuals, people in ethically non-monogamous relationships, those of alternative faiths, and racial and ethnic minorities. This inclusive approach extends to addressing a broad spectrum of issues, including sexuality, relationships, self-discovery, and trauma processing. Leslie utilizes a sex-positive, kink-affirming, ENM-affirming, and culturally sensitive approach, prioritizing respect and openness in all therapeutic interactions. By honoring each client’s unique experiences and perspectives, Leslie facilitates exploration of any relevant topics, providing support that aligns with each individual’s journey.

With a professional goal of achieving AASECT certification, Leslie remains dedicated to expanding their expertise and continuing to offer high-quality, empathetic care. Outside of the therapeutic setting, Leslie enjoys reading, watching TV, and playing board games, and has a passion for collecting bookshelves—though they humorously acknowledge that they can never have enough.

Leslie believes that therapy is a powerful tool for personal growth and empowerment, and is committed to helping clients navigate life’s challenges, embrace their authentic selves, and discover new possibilities
