Loren Hill

Counselor in Training

Loren Hill believes that people don’t need to be fixed—they need to be understood, supported, and given the tools to grow.

Loren brings a warm, down-to-earth, and genuine approach to counseling. He creates a space where clients can be honest about what they’re experiencing without fear of judgment, while also providing the encouragement and practical tools needed to make meaningful change.

Currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Central Methodist University, Loren has a background in life and career coaching, crisis work, addiction support, and mentoring. He primarily works with adults and has a particular interest in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, emotional regulation, life transitions, and personal growth.

Loren draws from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to create an individualized approach for each client. He believes therapy should be collaborative, practical, and tailored to the person—not a one-size-fits-all process.

His goal is simple: to help clients better understand themselves, build the skills they need, and feel more confident moving forward.

Outside of counseling, Loren enjoys 3D printing, painting, baking, tabletop gaming, and volunteering at animal shelters. His creativity and genuine curiosity about people are qualities he brings into his work every day.

Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind.” — Robin Williams
