Mallory is a compassionate and strengths-focused counselor who creates a warm, welcoming environment where clients can feel comfortable being themselves. She is currently completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling at Central Methodist University and brings more than two years of experience in academic advising, mentoring, and supporting individuals through personal, academic, and life transitions.
Her approach is grounded in positive psychology and solution-focused therapy, helping clients recognize their strengths, build resilience, and develop practical tools for creating meaningful change. Mallory is passionate about supporting individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, and personal growth.
Mallory believes counseling is a collaborative process. She works alongside each client to better understand their experiences, identify challenges, and discover a path forward that feels both meaningful and achievable. Her goal is for every client to leave counseling feeling more confident, empowered, and equipped to move forward.
Outside of counseling, Mallory enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, as well as backpacking and exploring the United States with her fiancé.
