Molly Grigaitis

Supervised Therapist

Meet Molly! Molly Grigaitis offers a thoughtful, compassionate, and collaborative therapy experience for individuals navigating self, relationships, and emotional healing. Known for her calming presence and natural curiosity, Molly brings a reflective and grounding energy to the therapy room, helping clients feel seen, heard, and supported.

Molly is currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adler Graduate School. She earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, graduating summa cum laude. Her work is guided by a blend of Person-Centered, Psychoanalytic, and Adlerian theories, creating a space that honors emotional depth, self-exploration, and personal meaning.

Molly is especially drawn to working with adults facing challenges related to self-concept, self-worth, and relationship dynamics. She brings cultural sensitivity, a strong sense of integrity, and an open heart to the therapeutic process. Whether you're seeking support through a life-change or hoping to explore patterns in a deeper way, Molly will meet you where you are with warmth and respect.

Outside of her clinical work, Molly values creativity, connection, and personal growth. She believes therapy is not only a space for healing, but also for discovering what it means to live more fully and authentically.

“In my early professional years, I was asking the question: How can I treat, or cure, or change this person? Now I would phrase the question in this way: How can I provide a relationship which this person may use for their own personal growth?” ― Carl R. Rogers
