Sarah is a passionate, dedicated, and hardworking therapist specializing in co-parenting issues, relationships, and family dynamics. She enjoys conducting individual and group therapy to promote effective communication and coping skills.
Sarah also helps clients with chronic mental illnesses develop prevocational skills for independent living. She uses an integrative approach grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy, brief solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychoeducation. Her expertise includes prolonged exposure therapy, strength-focused interventions, suicide assessments, safety planning, and holistic care.
Sarah provides a nonjudgmental, supportive space, celebrating client differences. She is LGBTQIA+ affirming and friendly toward kink and consensual non-monogamy.
Pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and studying psychoanalysis at the St. Louis Psychoanalytic Institute, Sarah has extensive experience as a caseworker and psychosocial rehabilitation specialist. She strives for success in all areas of life.
